Using Hyderabad Ads

Hyderabad Ads is a moderated local classifieds, business directory and local information service for Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Telangana. By using the website, submitting a listing, contacting a seller, contacting a business or sending a message through our forms, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the site

The site is intended for people who can legally place, read and respond to local listings in India. Users are responsible for following applicable Indian law, platform rules, payment rules, advertising rules and any local regulations that apply to the listing or service.

Listings and business profiles

Submitted ads and business profiles may be reviewed before publication. We may edit formatting, reject, hold for review or remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, duplicated, illegal, low quality, spam-like or outside the Hyderabad local scope.

• Do not post fake jobs, fee-collection jobs, impersonation offers, document fraud, loan scams, escort/adult services, illegal betting, weapons, drugs or other unlawful material.
• Do not ask users for OTPs, card PINs, passwords, seed phrases, remote-access apps or advance payments that are not clearly justified.
• Do not claim that a listing or business is verified, licensed, official, guaranteed, top-rated or government-approved unless you can provide evidence.
• Keep prices, rent, salary, location, contact details, service scope and availability accurate and current.

Moderation is not verification

Moderation means the submission passed a basic editorial and safety check. It does not mean that Hyderabad Ads has independently verified identity, ownership, qualification, employment status, property documents, service quality, price, stock, legality or transaction safety.

User responsibility

Before paying money, sharing documents, visiting a property, accepting a job offer or hiring a service provider, independently verify the person, business, address, documents and terms. Prefer written agreements, official receipts and safe public meeting practices.

The site may contain external links, advertisements and sponsored links. They are provided for navigation or monetisation. Hyderabad Ads is not responsible for third-party websites, their terms, claims, promotions, payment handling or availability.

Prohibited use

You must not use the site to scrape user submissions at scale, spam contact forms, impersonate another person, bypass moderation, upload malicious files, misrepresent a business, harass users or publish private information without permission.

Removal and corrections

We may remove or correct listings, pages and comments at any time. To report a suspicious ad, outdated profile or legal concern, use the report page and include the URL, screenshots summary and the reason for review.
