The fatal altercation took place around 4 PM on July 3 at their home in Adarshnagar, Chilkanagar. During the argument, Suresh allegedly stabbed Jessica in the chest, left shoulder, and left armpit. She died from her injuries at the location. Following the incident, Suresh reportedly contacted his sister on Saturday morning before fleeing the scene.
Investigation and Arrest
Upon receiving information about the incident, Jessica’s brother rushed to the house and discovered his sister deceased. Based on his complaint, Hyderabad police registered a case and subsequently arrested Suresh on Saturday. The police have moved Jessica’s body to Gandhi mortuary for a postmortem examination as the investigation continues to unfold.
